Selling

Thinking about selling? Start with the truth about your home.

Before you call anyone, you probably want to know three things. What it's worth. What it'll cost to sell. And how long it'll take. Here are honest answers.

What is my home actually worth?

Online estimates are a starting point, not an answer. They can't see your updates, your street, or the house that sold around the corner last month. I can. A home-value review from me looks at real recent sales near you and gives you a range you can actually plan around.

What will it cost me to sell?

Most sellers spend a total of roughly 6–7% of the sale price on commission, closing costs, and prep. I'll walk you through your real numbers before you commit to anything.

Do I need to fix everything first?

Usually not. What I have found is that a few small, smart fixes matter more than a big remodel. If it were me, I'd ask before spending a dollar.

How long will it take?

In Westland right now, well-priced homes are going under contract in about 19 days. Pricing right on day one matters more than anything else.

Want to know what your home is worth?

No obligation. I'll look at it and send it to you personally.
